So how do you manage this challenge now?

Some printed out sheet of paper with boxes and lines, showing names, positions and who reports to who? Is this really the best way to learn this information?

What happens if someone forgets to provide the CEO with a new print out of the organisational chart and the one that he/she has is outdated and no-longer accurate?

Very few people can remember names and face well, let alone other information. So why don’t we make this process easier for our leaders?

If our leaders could access intuitively and visually the organisational information of ‘Who is Who in the Zoo’ that is always current, wouldn’t that add value both directly and indirectly?

When I say ‘indirectly’, I am referring to the fact that over time we would be increasing the retention and recall abilities of not only our senior leaders, but all of our people, resulting in a culture where everyone virtually knows everyone. Face to names and faces and names to positions, surely that would also indirectly contribute to improving communication, collaboration and many other critical organisational attributes that organisations require to be successful?
